Wat is skidbouw nou precies? Skidmodules<\/span> kunnen worden gebruikt voor de productie van gezuiverd water (PW), water voor injectie (WFI), schone stoom (CS) en andere zeer zuivere vloeistoffen. Op <\/span>skids<\/span> gemonteerde systemen kunnen worden gebruikt in de farmaceutische, <\/span>food<\/span>-, biowetenschappen- en <\/span>biotechsector<\/span> voor de productie van medicijnen, injectievloeistoffen voor mensen, voedingssupplementen voor kwetsbare personen en vitamines. We zijn vanaf het beginstadium betrokken bij het skid bouw project van een klant. Dit geeft ons de mogelijkheid om advies te geven in de volgende fasen: User Requirement Spec, Conceptueel Ontwerp, Basis Ontwerp, Gedetailleerd Ontwerp, Constructie (werktuigbouwkunde + elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en automatisering), Kwalificatie (IQ, OQ, PQ), Validatie en Service & Training.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Due to a shortage of in-house project\/process engineers, there is a significant loss of expertise in the industry. Customers increasingly need specific advice. Advice that Pharmatec provides. The customer tells us what the needs are in production. Armed with that information, we create a design in close consultation with the customer and have a continuous feedback loop with the customer up to the IQ\/OQ phase.
